As Head of Production, I coordinated a 4-person team over 2 years, managing milestones, QA, and festival submissions while contributing 2D and 3D art assets. The game is currently available on Steam and has reached over 1,000 wishlists and 120 sales, earning positive feedback for its cooperative design and charm.
